Has your item become faulty?

We do offer a return for an inspection if you feel your item has become faulty in the first 12 months of receiving the item - This is only for if you feel the fault is towards a manufacture fault.

The full return for inspection can take up to 28 days to process - The inspection is made by our professional inspections team. 

Please email us on customerservices@footasylum.com or chat to us by clicking the 'Live Chat' button at the bottom right of this pop up and send us some photos of the fault on the item so we can take this further for you.
