I missed my delivery. What should I do now?

There'll be a card posted through your door to explain the next steps but, if you haven't had anything, call the Courier first. They'll arrange the re-delivery with you.

Feel free to contact us, however we can't speed up the process if you simply missed the delivery. If there are any service issues with any of our Couriers, please let us know by contacting us here.
