Firstly, check the communications you've been sent, your tracking and the card left by the courier to see if it's been left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If none of the above has helped, this will need to be investigated by the Courier. To start that, we need you to fill in a declaration form stating you haven't received the delivery. You can either post it to us at Customer Experience Department, Footasylum PLC, Point 62, Touchet Hall Rd, Manchester, M24 2RP or email a scan of it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We'll then forward that on to the courier and they'll update us once they have investigated. This can take up to 28 days to be completed.
