If your order hasn't arrived on the specified day or within 5 days of ordering with a UK standard delivery service then please contact the courier in the first instance. The information we have is given to us by them and they'll be best placed to work around you if, for example, they're struggling with a certain aspect of your delivery like access or just getting there when you're in.
If they have lost your parcel or you are having trouble with them, please contact us using one the methods found here.
