I've lost my receipt, can I still return goods?

You can, just take along proof of purchase from a credit or debit card statement to help the store locate your purchase. Please go back to the store you bought it from if you don't have a receipt.

If you paid cash, you can contact us here. We may be able to locate the receipt to help you out but we need to know exactly how much you paid for your order and when. Without that we'll really struggle to find it.
