Before you do, it may be that there's a slight delay in your Order Confirmation coming through to you. Check your junk folders for that too.
Sometimes, there can be an issue with a payment completing. The bank may stop it or a glitch happens somewhere in the process that makes this happen. In these instances we won't have asked the bank for the funds yet, but the Bank will have probably "ring-fenced" them so you can't spend them anywhere else, in case we want them for your order. We'll instruct you to call your Bank if that's the case as it's their process not ours and it can sometimes be sped up by them.
